Sales outreach
Give a sales agent a complete path from email to call
A sales workflow works better when prospects can reply naturally, ask for a call, and reach the same recognizable agent across both channels.
Request AccessOne conversation across channels
A prospect receives a relevant introduction from sara@yourcompany.com. Instead of being pushed into a form, they reply with a question: whether the service supports their region and whether someone can talk Thursday afternoon. The agent reads the reply through your integration, answers within its approved scope, and offers a call using its company number.
If the prospect calls, your webhook-connected agent can continue the conversation with the context your application supplies. The address and number belong to the business workflow, so the exchange feels coherent even when it moves from an inbox to a live call.
From interest to a booked meeting
When a prospect is ready, the agent checks the calendar system you connected and proposes available times. It can confirm the meeting, send the invitation, and follow up with the details your team has approved. Mailrun carries the messages and calls through email, phone, API, and MCP interfaces; your application supplies calendar access and the rules for when a meeting may be booked.
Your team chooses the sales agent and its model, supplies lead context, sets approval thresholds, and defines when a person should take over. Mailrun connects that workflow to the prospect.
Design for a respectful handoff
A useful setup starts with explicit boundaries: which messages the agent may send, which claims it may make, when it may place or accept calls, and which replies require review. A pricing exception, procurement request, or sensitive objection can route to an account owner with the thread context intact.
The result is a reachable sales identity rather than a one-way campaign sender. Prospects can reply, call, and schedule in the way that suits them, while your team remains responsible for targeting, consent, content, and final business decisions. Access is coming soon.
