Your sequencer, running on real infrastructure.
Mailrun runs the layer underneath — domains, inboxes, authentication, and health. Your sequencer does what it's good at: sending. The handoff between the two is the part we've made boring.
Direct API for the majors. CSV for everything else.
Using a sequencer we don't integrate with directly yet? Ask — we prioritize new integrations based on customer demand, and the CSV path works everywhere in the meantime.
Everything a mailbox needs to start sending.
Whether it arrives by API or CSV, every handoff carries the same complete record per mailbox:
Mailbox credentials and sequencer API keys move over encrypted connections and go only to the destination you choose. If you provide your own sequencer token, it is used for your uploads — and direct API pushes mean credentials don't sit in spreadsheets or inboxes along the way.
A clean line between our job and yours.
- The infrastructure underneath: domains, DNS, authentication, and mailbox health
- Bounce, complaint, and domain-health monitoring across the pool
- Rotation, bench, and repair when a domain shows risk
- Campaigns, copy, lists, and targeting
- Sending behavior and volume inside your sequencer
- Your sequencer account and its settings
Customer API access is available for approved deployments. Documentation and credentials are provided after onboarding.
Build the sending plan your next launch deserves.
Tell us your sequencer and your sending target. We'll confirm capacity and map the cleanest path to live — API handoff or CSV, your call.
